Yoga and Chineng Qigong

The inspiring place of the estate Marathea and its quiet nature give us all the ingredients at hand to experience our own strength with Meditation, Yoga and Chi Neng Qigong. We experience space and tranquility through meditation and pranayama (breathing exercises). You become aware of the peace and tranquility in you, the energy flow again and reinforce each other. In this workshop we practice these aspects by Meditation, Yoga and Chi Neng Qigong.
Chi Neng Qigong is a simple Chinese human movement that activates self-healing and yoga enables the body to perfect those movements.
From 07:30 to 08:30 meditation. Among others a sunrise silence meditation. After a Greek breakfast four mornings from 09:30 to 12:00 Yoga exercises and Chi Neng Qigong. Afternoon transfer to the beach.Chi Neng Qigong evening classes from 18:15 to 19:30.
Anna and Ron van Amsterdam have a studio in Zeewolde together, where they provide various classes and workshops. Anna followed studies with Samyama school for yoga and meditation and Critical Alignment Yoga of Gert van Leeuwen. Anna van Amsterdam has over 25 years experience in Raja Yoga. Ron van Amsterdam has many years of experience in material arts and yoga.
